Tuesday, October 02, 2012

Clear Lake Shores City Council on Monday voted unanimously to appoint Kevin Foley to the Planning and Zoning Committee.

The city council voted unanimously to appoint Todd Ford and Charles Russell to the Waterfront Compliance Committee.

The city council discussed, but postponed action regarding the proposed combining of the Parks and Pools committees.  Council Member Carlo Ianni proposed combining the two committees, noting that the pool is the “largest asset” at Jarboe Park.

The city council took no action regarding the sale of a donated boat.  The item will be considered at a future meeting.

The city council met in executive session to discuss personnel matters related to Sergeant Denise Janssen and Interim Police Chief Kenneth Cook.  No action was taken on either item.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote.  All members were present.  Agenda
