Fort Bend County Commissioners Court today, by record vote, approved the use of eminent domain in obtaining right-of-way property required for the Spur 10 widening project.

The resolution allows the county to use eminent domain to acquire property needed for the project, which lays along Gerken and Hartledge roads between State Highway 36 and United States Highway 59.

The commissioners court voted to approve a joint election agreement with Houston Community College for the November 6 General Election.

The commissioners court voted to renew an agreement between Fort Bend County Constable Precinct 2 and the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority for the provision of toll enforcement, incident management and law enforcement services along the Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road.

The commissioners court voted to renew an interlocal agreement between Fort Bend County Municipal Utility Districts No. 115 and No. 129 for additional law enforcement services through Constable Precinct No. 4.

All other items were approved by majority vote.  All members were present.  Agenda
