The Galveston County Daily News hosted a forum for candidates for Sheriff and District Clerk on Wednesday.

Publisher Patrick Graham welcomed the large crowd and introduced T. J. Aulds, the moderator, who then called on the candidates for sheriff, Democrat  John Pruitt and Republican Henry Trochesset. Listen

The candidates for District Clerk were Republican John Kinard and Democrat Latonia Wilson.  Listen

The forum was held in the Jury Assembly Room of the Galveston County Justice Center.
