RASMUSSEN ELECTED TO DALLAS FED BOARD

Allan James “Jimmy” Rasmussen has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He will serve a three-year term beginning January 1, 2013.

Rasmussen is President and CEO of HomeTown Bank, N.A., a $450 million organization with seven banking locations and headquartered in Galveston, and has previously served as chairman of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas and Board Member of the Independent Community Bankers of America.
