Nassau Bay City Council on Monday voted unanimously to approve an interlocal agreement with Harris County for the re-construction of the existing concrete pavement on San Sebastian Lane from Upper Bay Road to Point Lookout Drive.

The city council voted unanimously to reappoint members to the Board of Adjustment. Jim Edwards, Jerry Newberry and R.H. Dietz were reappointed as regular members, while Kyle Rone was reappointed as an alternate member.

The city council took no action regarding an ordinance amending the FY2017 Budget. The item was pulled from the agenda for discussion at an upcoming workshop.

The city council took no action resulting from closed session discussions regarding the performance evaluation of the city manager.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. Council Member Sandra Mossman was absent. Agenda
