Seabrook City Council on Tuesday voted unanimously to select Belt Harris Pechacek, LLLP for professional auditing services.

Belt Harris Pechacek was selected as the most qualified auditor from a list of several firms that submitted qualifications to the city.

The city council voted to award a contract to Blackmon Mooring for water extraction and dry out services for a term expiring July 18, 2020, with an option to renew for one year.

The city council voted to approve, on first reading, an ordinance updating park regulations, including regulations for smoking at the municipal swimming pool complex.

During the meeting, the city council discussed findings regarding the Main Street palm trees.
