Seabrook City Council on Tuesday voted unanimously to approve an agreement with the firm of Belt Harris Pechacek, LLLP for audit services for FY2017 through FY2019.

The firm will conduct audits of the city's financial documents, with estimated fees of $45,860 for FY2017, $46,531 for 2018, and $47,216 for 2019.

The city council voted unanimously to approve, on second reading, updated park regulations, including regulations for smoking at the municipal swimming pool complex.

The city council took no action resulting from items discussed in executive session, which included deliberation regarding potential incentives and related commercial and financial information concerning a business prospect that seeks to locate, remain or expand in the city.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. Council Member Gary Johnson was absent. Agenda
