Houston – Texas Orthopedic Hospital (TOH), an HCA affiliated hospital, is pleased to announce that after 44 years of practice, G. William Woods, M.D., has made the decision to retire from Fondren Orthopedic Group L.L.P. and Texas Orthopedic Hospital.  We are thankful for his decades of leadership and direction and we wish him the very best.

We are proud to announce that Jeffrey A. Kozak, M.D. has been unanimously elected as the managing partner of Fondren Orthopedic Group L.L.P. and Fondren Orthopedic LTD.  As an integral partner of Fondren since 1988 and a founding partner of Texas Orthopedic Hospital since it opened in 1995, Dr. Kozak has brought vast knowledge and a wealth of experience to his roles within Fondren and TOH.  We are looking forward to an exciting new era as we navigate through the ever changing world of healthcare.
