Seabrook City Council, in a special meeting on Tuesday, voted unanimously to canvass the results of the July 29 special election for City Council Position 6.

Joe Machol, the winner of the election, took his oath of office to take his place on the city council. Judge Dick Gregg administered the oath to Machol.

The city council voted unanimously to amend the city's Code of Ordinances regarding the Master Fee Schedule on resolving typographical errors in the transcription of existing fees, finding that prior existing codified fees shall control in case of typographical errors or conflicts with the Master Fee Ordinance.

No other action items were on the agenda. Council Member Natalie Picha was absent. Agenda
