Seabrook City Council on Tuesday voted unanimously to approve an amendment agreement with Wells Fargo Bank for depository banking services from July 1 of this year through June 30, 2022.

The item had been previously conditionally approved by the city council on June 6, with the provision that the indemnification language be removed from the agreement.

The city council voted 6-1, with Laura Davis opposed, to approve, on first reading, an Economic Development Corporation Project Designation for the Facade Improvement Program and Incentives with Y.M. Properties, LLC for a commercial building at 2825 NASA Road 1.

The city council voted unanimously adopt a resolution formally establishing the Bay Area Veterans Memorial Task Force.

The task force was established to advise the city manager on the maintenance, security, procurement of bricks and granite slabs, along with all other standard procedures for care of the Bay Area Veterans Memorial.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. Council Member Gary Johnson was absent. Agenda
