Santa Fe City Council, in an emergency meeting held today, voted unanimously to adopt an order consenting to the continuation of a declaration of local state of disaster for the city related to Hurricane Harvey.

The continuation will extend the disaster declaration for 30 days. Santa Fe Mayor Jeff Tambrella had originally issued a disaster declaration on Friday, which was effective for seven days, and would have expired on Friday. Disaster Declaration
