Houston VA Medical Center and Clinic Update, September 5

 

Houston -  Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center opens all outpatient services on Tuesday, September 5, except for outpatient clinics in Beaumont and Richmond.

 

Houston VA has remained open throughout Hurricane Harvery for emergency medical care.

 

You may also utilize the Telecare Call Center at 1-800-639-5137 (713-794-8985) for any medical issues or questions, or use MyHealtheVet Secure Messaging.  If you have a medical emergency, dial 911. 

 

VA Medical Center and Clinic Status for Tuesday, September 5:

 

  • Houston VA Medical Center: Open and functioning with sufficient staff to manage patient care.
  • Beaumont: Closed
  • Conroe: Open
  • Galveston: Open
  • Katy: Open
  • Lake Jackson: Open
  • Lufkin: Open
  • Richmond:  Closed
  • Texas City: Open
  • Tomball: Open
