Village of Tiki Island Board of Aldermen

The Village of Tiki Island Board of Alderman on Tuesday voted unanimously to designate Karen Hearring as representative and Tom Fisher as alternate to the Houston-Galveston Area Council General Assembly for 2018.

The board voted to order the immediate placement of safety fencing around a pool at a property at Long Reach and ordered the homeowner to secure and clean the property according to code within 10 days.

The board voted to allow the homeowner at 115 Tamana a period until the next board meeting to bring a contract for plans to bring the property into compliance, specifically related to a substandard bulkhead.

The board voted to approve the 2018 Village Holiday Observation Calendar.

All items were approved. All votes were unanimous with Mayor Pro Tem Ron Simons absent. Agenda
