LPPD search warrant results in methamphetamine and crack cocaine seizures,
three arrested

Following a series of complaints related to illegal narcotic activity in the 10600 block of San Jacinto, a residential neighborhood in La Porte, Texas, LPPD’s Street Crimes Detectives conducted an investigation and confirmed the suspected illegal narcotic activity.  A search warrant was quickly requested and obtained the execution of the warrant resulted in the arrest of three suspects.

As a result of the search warrant execution on November 8th, Detectives confiscated more than 89 grams of methamphetamines, .4 grams of crack cocaine and other drug related paraphernalia.

Following the investigation and execution of the warrant the Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted charges on 26 year old Deer Park resident, Brian Lott for Possession of a Controlled Substance (PCS) with the intent to deliver. 53 year old Pablo Martinez of Pasadena, was charged for PCS and  33 year old Carrinda Bustamante of La Porte, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

All subjects were arrested and transported to the La Porte Jail. Lott was not eligible for bond and was transported to and remains at the Harris County Jail awaiting trial. Martinez was transported to the Harris County Jail, posted a $1000 bond and was released. Bustamante was transferred to Harris County Jail, on a Galveston County Warrant.
