Village of Tiki Island Board of Aldermen

The Village of Tiki Island Board of Aldermen on Tuesday voted unanimously to appoint Hunter Neblett as alderman to fill the vacancy left by Alderman Wayne Crozier's resignation.

The board had voted unanimously to accept Crozier's resignation. He had served on the board for several years.

The board voted unanimously to support the appointment of Shannon Lucas to the Harris-Galveston Subsidence District Board of Directors.

The board voted unanimously to order the owner of a bulkhead at 115 Tamana, which had been declared substandard, to provide an executed contract for the replacement of the bulkhead.
The board voted unanimously to order the owner of a substandard structure, a boat dock, at 210 Sampan to remove the boat dock.

The board voted unanimously to order the owner of a fence and boat dock at 207 Isles End, which had been declared substandard, to remove the fence and remove or repair the boat dock.

The board voted unanimously to approve the purchase of a Ford Interceptor from Fleet Safety Equipment, in the amount of $33,733.

The board tabled action regarding the re-plat of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Section 15B, more commonly known as 37 and 38 Harbor Circle.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. Alderman Tom Fisher was absent. Agenda
