Seabrook City Council
by Garrett Bryce
Monday, November 27, 2017

Seabrook City Council last week voted unanimously to cast the city’s ballot in favor of electing Mike Sullivan to the Harris County Appraisal District Board of Directors.

The city council voted to approve, on first reading, an ordinance amending “The Commons at Seabrook” Planned Unit Development.

The development will be located at approximately 22 acres along 3300 Bayport Boulevard generally north of Seabrook Circle and south of Bayview Drive. The ordinance amends the PUD to allow the division of a 30,000 square foot retail building into two individual structures, and to provide detailed design and regulations for a fuel and convenience store to be located at the development.

The city council voted to approve, on first reading, an ordinance granting a conditional use permit to allow a bar at 5735 Bayport Boulevard.

All items were approved, with the exception of an executive session item regarding the purchase, lease or exchange of real property, which was not acted upon. Council Member Laura Davis was absent. Agenda
