Seabrook City Council on Tuesday voted unanimously to approve a professional services agreement with H2O Partners for recovery services and financial and grant management, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.

The agreement is in place until formally terminated. H2O Partners assists local and state governments, the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the private sector to effectively mitigate against, prepare for and recovery from all types of disasters, according to the company's website.

The city council voted 5-1, with Glenna Adovasio opposed, to grant a request from Gulf Coast Film & Video Festival for an additional $2,500 in hotel occupancy tax fund allocations to promote the festival.

The city council voted unanimously to approve an inquiry to the Harris County Appraisal District, and its response, in relation to HCAD's errors in the 2017 Certified Tax Roll, resulting in erroneous property assessments.

The city council took no action resulting from executive session discussions regarding the purchase, lease, exchange or value of real property.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. All members were present. Agenda
