Midtown Work Prompts Bus Shuttle Along Red Line

Beginning Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, METRO will modify rail service on the Red Line in order to allow Midtown Management District work crews to complete landscape enhancements along the corridor. 

During these periods, METRO will operate bus shuttles from Burnett Transit Center Station to TMC Station. Patrons traveling between these points will board shuttle buses at designated stops (click here for details). Bus shuttles will operate on the following dates:

  • Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017 from start of service until 10 p.m.
  • Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017 from start of service until 10 p.m.

Frequency during these times will be 10 minutes. Please allow more time for your trip.

Riders are encouraged to monitor METRO's Twitter and Facebook pages for timely information regarding transit. METRO also offers real-time information through its service alerts system.
