The city council voted unanimously to submit a grant application for a Texas Book Festival Grant. The grant supports collection enhancement for Texas public libraries. There is no local match for the grant.

The city council voted unanimously to ratify a proposal from Victor O. Schinnerer & Company for renewal of the city's windstorm insurance coverage with AmRisc, LP. The policy carries a premium of $129,169, and is effective January 9 through January 8, 2019.

The city council took no action resulting from executive session discussions regarding consultation with the city attorney and personnel matters concerning the position of city administrator.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. All members were present. Agenda
