The agreement provides for Children at Risk to create a human trafficking Detection and Link Analysis System with the intent to facilitate an increase in intelligence-led investigations. Item Summary

“Children at Risk has been a great partner with the City of Houston for many years, and I appreciate their work,” said Council Member Brenda Stardig. “This is the one, I hope, will move us in the right direction with regard to keeping up with what’s happening out there in regards to human trafficking and technology.” Listen (:38)
