Seabrook City Council on Wednesday voted unanimously to adopt a resolution supporting a no wake zone in and around the Clear Lake Area on June 22-24 during the Texas Outlaw Challenge.

The challenge has added an offshore performance boat race.

The city council took no action regarding an order of an election on May 5 to elect three city council positions. The item was postponed due to an incorrect date for a possible runoff election.

Positions 1, 3 and 5 have terms expiring in May. Candidate filing began on Wednesday.

The city council voted unanimously to designate Thom Kolupski as the city's representative to Economic Alliance Advocacy trip to Washington, D.C. On March 19-21.

The city coucnil voted unanimously to designate Joe Machol as the city's representative to the Citizens for Space Exploration visit to Washington, D.C. On May 15-17.

The city council took no action resulting from executive session discussions regarding a contract with the Clear Lake Emergency Medical Corps.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. All members were present. Agenda
