Jefferson County Commissioners Court

Jefferson County Commissioners Court today voted unanimously to renew a master clinical affiliation agreement with Lamar University for the clinical training of students.

The commissioners court tabled action regarding an amended interlocal agreement for the construction of airport development infrastructure improvements.

The agreement is between the City of Nederland, the Nederland Economic Development Corporation, and Jefferson County. The corporation is to provide funding to the county, in an amount not to exceed $2 million, for construction of infrastructure at the Jack Brooks Regional Airport.

The commissioners court tabled action regarding a plat of the Quail Run Subdivision. The proposed subdivision plat is for 94.91 acres of land, divided into two tracts located off of FM 365.
