Seabrook City Council on Tuesday voted unanimously to authorize the acquisition of property for further development of Old Seabrook.

The property is at 1206 3rd Street, and will be purchased in an amount not to exceed $170,000.

The city council voted unanimously to readopt curfew regulations for minors.

The city council voted 4-0, with Natalie Picha recusing herself from the vote, to appoint Darrell Picha to the Planning and Zoning Commission.

The city council took no action resulting from closed session discussions regarding the evaluation of the city secretary.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. Council members Glenna Adovasio and Robert Llorente were absent. Agenda
