Friendswood Police recover stolen guns, a stolen car, drugs and cash during search warrant

Friendswood officers executed a narcotic search warrant at the Baybrook Village Apartments, located at 2802 W. Bay Area Blvd., just outside the corporate limits of Friendswood.  The search warrant is the result of an investigation into the sale of illegal narcotics in and around Friendswood. Investigators converged at the apartment on February 21 at 6:59 p.m.  During the search warrant, officers recovered two stolen guns – both reported stolen in Harris County, a stolen vehicle from Houston, Cocaine, Crack cocaine, Ecstasy, marijuana and cash.  Two other guns were also found inside the apartment, investigators are still looking to see if these weapons are also stolen.

Jeremy Dwayne Clemons, 30, of Webster, is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver in Penalty Group 1 and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.  Clemons is currently on probation for a drug charge; his probation began January 23, 2018.  No bond has been set on these newest charges.
