The city council voted unanimously to adopt a resolution authorizing participation in the Texas Class Government Investment Pool.

The city council took no action regarding an agreement with the La Porte Cemetery Association for the conveyance of approximately 1.14 acres of land for use as a public cemetery. The item was pulled from the agenda.
