Brazoria County Commissioners Court on Tuesday voted unanimously to reappoint Bennie Jones as industry representative and Cliff Mock as agriculture representative on the Gulf Coast Water Authority Board of Directors.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to appoint Ernest Lewis to the Gulf Coast Workforce Board.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to nominate Randy Rhyne as primary representative and Glenn Lamont as alternate for reappointment to the Regional Homeland Security Coordinating Council of the Houston-Galveston Area Council.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to reject an offer of $1,000 for the purchase of tax foreclosed property at Brahman Trail in Bar X Ranch Section 7, Block 1, Lot 18.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to reject an offer of $1,000 for the purchase of tax foreclosed property at Brahman Trail in Bar X Ranch Section 7, Block 1, Lot 18.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to reject an offer of $350 for the purchase of tax foreclosed property at County Road 939.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to reject an offer of $300 for the purchase of tax foreclosed property at County Road 939.

The commissioners court took no action regarding moving a line/reconfiguration for Matthew (Scott) Jenkins in Precinct 1. The item was pulled from the agenda.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to waive permit fees for Habitat for Horses.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to authorize the county attorney to file suit against Veronica Arevalo, Hreal Company, LLC, Benhem Ghandari, Vigen Petrosianmalhami and any other responsible party for violations of Texas Government Code and/or Brazoria County Subdivision regulations regarding the illegal subdivision of property at 7223 Libby Lane in Pearland, as discussed in closed session.

The commissioners court took no action regarding any other item discussed in closed session.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. All members were present. Agenda
