Deer Park City Council on Tuesday voted unanimously to purchase services, in the amount of $325,355, from Fuquay, Inc. for the CMP Rehabilitation Program.

Under the agreement, Fuquay will rehabilitate corrugated metal drainage pipe at locations throughout the city, and use a UV liner system and epoxy liner to strengthen approximately 4,100 linear feet of the existing pipe.

The city council voted 5-1, with Rae Sinor opposed, to approve a professional service agreement with RPS Engineers for the historic bridge at the Battleground Golf Course.

The city council voted unanimously to purchase property located at 213 West Helga in the amount of $120,500.

The city council voted unanimously to schedule two public hearings regarding the city's juvenile curfew ordinance. The hearings will be held on August 7 and August 21.

The city coucnil voted unanimously to approve a new facility usage agreement with Deer Park Independent School District.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. Council Member Ron Martin was absent. Agenda
