Press Release
Wednesday, August 08, 2018

CCISDLeague City, TX – Six Clear Creek ISD campuses teamed up with two local Chick-fil-A locations to host a Santa Fe ISD “Spirit Day” benefiting the Santa Fe Education Foundation.

The Highway 96 & South Shore Blvd. and Kemah Chick-fil-A owners presented two checks to Stewart Elementary, Hyde Elementary, Goforth Elementary, Mossman Elementary, Bayside Intermediate and Clear Falls High School generated from the percentage of sales from the Spirit Day.

“After what happened in Santa Fe, we wanted to do something to help those who were impacted in the tragedy,” said Stewart Elementary Principal Dr. Britani Moses. “Hosting this Spirit Day with a community partner was a good way for our families to spend time together while also getting involved for a great cause.”

The efforts of the six campuses and the local community allowed for a total of $2,451 to be donated to the Santa Fe ISD Foundation.
