Medication Take Back Day is Saturday, October 27

The Friendswood Police Department is just one of the area law enforcement organizations participating in the next Bay Area Medication Take Back Day, Saturday, October 27, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Everyone can participate by driving through a drop-off site, where law enforcement will take medications for proper off-site disposal. All unused or expired prescription or over-the-counter medications are accepted. No Sharps, please.

The Friendswood Police Department location will be at Hope Lutheran Church, 1804 S. Friendswood Drive in Friendswood. There will also be drop-off locations in Kemah, League City, Webster, Taylor Lake Village, and two in Clear Lake.
